Job Scopes:
• Prepare a wide variety of desserts
• Develop new seasonal dessert recipes and menus from time to time
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure beautiful and attractive presentation
• Monitor stocks and make appropriate orders
• Maintain a clean and orderly baking station and adhere to health and safety standards
• Any other duties assigned in running the operations
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in creating pastries, baked goods and desserts recipes
• Good command of English and Chinese language
• Able to work independently
• Hardworking, self-motivated, able to perform under pressure
• Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude
Job Scopes:
• Greet and welcome guests
• Provide customers with menu and answer any initial questions
• Serve food and drinks to the customers
• Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
• Provide great customer service
• Fully aware of all menu items
• Ensure that restaurant service areas are clean and properly sanitized at all times
• Any other duties assigned in running the operations
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in food/beverage/hospitality industry
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and enthusiastic to learn new things
• Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude
Job Scopes:
• Create signature items for the restaurant and creatively planning with other chefs and prep
staff, considering special requests and food allergies
• Maintain high quality of omakase menu items and customer presentations
• Prepare raw fish and ingredients in an appropriate manner
• Recommend new, modern recipes
• Ensure adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards
• Customize orders to suit preferences
• Monitor and handle inventory of supplies
• Any other duties assigned in running the operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience
• In-depth knowledge of omakase preparation and food safety requirements
• Able to stand for extended hours
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work both fast and accurately, good teamwork
• Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
• Certification from a culinary school is an additional merit
Job Scopes:
• Prepare ingredients for subsequent use by chef
• Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly in accordance to the SOP
• Keep kitchen area and all utensils tidy and clean
• Assist on ad-hoc jobs delegated by the superior
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese
• Able to work well with team and stay helpful
• Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement
